Family Therapy
Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. It is often short-term and may include all family members or just those able or willing to participate.
Career Counselling
Career counselling is designed to help with choosing, changing, or leaving a career and is available at any stage in life. One’s career is often one of the most important aspects of adulthood, and embarking on a new career at any time, can be stressful.
Couple Therapy
Couple therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can support a couple to know each other better and improve their relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couple therapy to help rebuild your relationship.

Punctuality and Cancellation Policy
- Please come on time for every session. There will not be any extension as all counselling sessions are by appointments only.
- Kindly provide a minimum of 24-hr notice if there needs to be any changes made to the appointment.
- Following from point (2) above, full-session charges will apply for failure to turn up and without any prior notice given to the Counsellor.
